We utilise a computerised scheduling and tracking system to ensure the completion of all contracted services on a daily basis. A systematic process of checklist inspections and quality audits are in place to further monitor service.

We are pleased to announce that Britannia Integrated Services LTD has successfully been awarded the Alcumus Safecontractor Accreditation and SafePQQ Accreditation, demonstrating its capability and competence as a Safe, Ethical and Sustainable Commercial cleaning provider with a supply chain compliance. Britannia Integrated Services LTD prides itself on keeping our staff, customers and their premises, both safe and compliant.

As part of the accreditation process, Britannia Integrated Services LTD were able to demonstrate it’s competence and capability in some of the following different supplier work categories including, but not limited to; Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Training, Auditing work and processes in place, Infection Control awareness, Safe usage and handling of hazardous substances, Risk assessments, Covid-19 risk assessments and much more.

Going beyond health and safety, Safe PQQ, demonstrates that Britannia Integrated Services LTD is a safe, ethical and sustainable company and confirms our commitment to corporate social responsibility, minimising environmental impact, quality, financial stability and data protection.


Gaining the Alcumus Safecontractor Accreditation and SafePQQ Accreditation has allowed us to solidify our safe working practices and assure our customers of our health and safety competency. Acquiring this standard will allow us to work on many sites where previously we didn’t have the opportunity to. We are excited to work in these new environments alongside other like-minded contractors who share the same health and safety values as us.

Health and Safety

We have fully trained staff so that they are up to date with our most recent Health & Safety Policy.

We take responsibility for the Health & Safety of our staff.

As cleaning operatives are working on your premises we actively conduct monthly site inspections to ensure our staff have good working conditions such as: Environment, Fire safety, First aid access, Emergency procedures and safe access to Control of substances hazardous to health. 

PAT testing is conducted annually.

Fire Safety: Our staff follow the relevant fire safety procedures of each site at which we work. They are trained at each site and familiarised with fire alarms, exits and doors. Online clock in and out record helps identify which staff is at the premises.

COSHH: training for hazardous substances provided for all cleaners. Safety data sheets accessible to all staff. Emergency procedures, accidents and spillages covered with staff.

Environmental Policy 


It is our aim to continue to reduce the environmental impacts of our business and operate in an environmentally responsible manner. We educate, inform and train all employees and use environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible. Reduce the generation of general and hazardous wastes by reducing the amount of stock held in stores and ensuring all jobs are accurately scoped and priced to ensure material usage is minimised

We recycle as much paper, cardboard, plastic and metal waste generated in the office as possible as well as reduce paper usage by increasing the use of e-mail and electronic documentation. By monitoring energy usage and training staff on basic housekeeping we are able to reduce energy consumption.

We strive to utilise products that contain green chemicals, which are able to provide high quality performance whilst remaining environmentally friendly.

These products take into account numerous relevant factors that help to assess the environmental impact of a product such as: raw materials used, risk of release, environmental hazard class, impact of water used and pH Balance. The products that we use are scored highly according to this system, meaning their environmental impact is very minimal.
