What to expect...Deep clean end of tenancy property involves:

 

Kitchen

  • Clean inside cabinets and draws (must be empty) and clean cabinet doors 

  • Wipe all surfaces

  • Wipe all handles 

  • Deep clean oven, hob, extractor fan

  • Clean splash back

  • Wipe tiles and any visible pipework

  • Descaling sink/taps

  • Degreasing kitchen 

  • Deep clean fridge/freezer (must be empty and switched off 48 hours before the clean) 

  • Deep clean washing machine (wipe drum, rubber rim, clean detergents tray)

  • Deep clean dishwasher - descale 

  • Deep clean of any additional small appliances

  • Interior window wipe and frames/sills

  • High dusting walls/ceiling plus corners/cobwebs/lighting/curtain rods/doors/door frames/booster vents

  • Wipe switches and plug sockets and radiators 

  • Clean all floor surfaces and wipe skirting

  • We do not clean any crockery/cutlery

Bedroom

  • Wipe all surfaces, mirrors, cupboard doors

  • Clean inside cupboards/drawers if empty and on top (if accessible)

  • High dusting walls/ceiling plus corners/cobwebs/lighting/curtain rods/doors/door frames/booster vents

  • Interior window wipe and frames/sills

  • Clean carpets (hoover)/wooden floor mop and wipe skirting

  • Wipe switches and plug sockets and radiators 

  • We can arrange for a Carpet Deep Extractor Clean Shampoo as an extra (inform us on booking). Unfortunately we do not provide steam cleaning. 

Bathroom

  • Clean and wash taps, sink, toilet, bath tub, shower tray/screen. Use of mould spray if required

  • Descale taps, shower, screen

  • Wipe tiles and any visible pipe work

  • Interior window wipe and frame/sills

  • Wipe all surfaces 

  • Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures and radiator

  • Clean inside cabinets/outside

  • Wipe switches and plug sockets and radiators

  • Clean all floor surfaces and wipe skirting

  • High dusting walls/ceiling plus corners/cobwebs/lighting/curtain rods/doors/door frames/booster vents

  • Clean all floor surfaces and wipe skirting

 

Lounge/corridors/staircase

  • Wipe all accessible surfaces 

  • Interior window wipe and frame/sills

  • Wipe switches and plug sockets and radiators 

  • If furnished: wipe down all furniture 

  • High dusting walls/ceiling plus corners/cobwebs/lighting/curtain rods/doors/door frames/booster vents

  • Clean all floor surfaces and wipe skirting

  • Upholstery wipe down of sofas/furniture  

Britannia Integrated Services LTD endeavour to remove stains, erosion's, mould, limescale, but it is not guaranteed by the service - the pre existing condition of the property will vary the outcome. 

If your property has carpets which need a deep clean, we can arrange for a Carpet Deep Extractor Clean as an extra. This is a carpet shampoo by top of the range Karcher carpet shampoo machine and Prochem stain removal/carpet shampoo commercial products.

This is highly recommended to remove the deeper dirt and grime embedded in carpets.

 

In a fully furnished property it may be necessary to add extra time to clean the furniture, this will be discussed with you on booking via the exchange of photos of the property to help us finalise a quote. 

Note: Exterior window clean or property cleaning, carpet deep cleaning are charged at an extra cost. Please specify if any of these additional services are required when booking. They will incur an additional charge.

We do not clean curtains/blinds.
